Where can I find the usage history?
When it comes to credit deduction for usage, having a detailed usage history is very important. Eventify provides a very transparent and detailed record of how the app has been used, including the number of users who have utilized the app and details about when and for which events the app was accessed. Here are the steps to access and understand the Usage History in your account:
Go to Account > My Account > Usage History. There you will find an overview of the account validity, the total credits, used credits and remaining credits.
You can check the detailed usage from the table below. The table includes:
Billing Cycle: The first bill gets generated 30 days after the start of the validity period, and it progresses on till the end of the account validity. The bills are generated after every 30 days.
Account Usage: It is determined by the number of unique users who have logged into the app during that specific time period.
Actions: Here, you have the option to view or download the list of individuals who have logged into your app, along with the corresponding event details and their email addresses.
Note that you also sort the details by the event or view them for all events.
