Strategic Early Bird Ticket Creation: Captivating Early Attendees

An effective way to capture early attendees and inspire enthusiasm for your event is by designing early bird tickets.

Assuming your event date is three to four months from now, you can create some early bird tickets for a limited period of time.

Set Time limit#

You can set the ticket sales duration in Ticket Sale Starts From and Ticket Sale Ends On date & time to kickstart your prebookings.

Create Scarcity#

To create a sense of scarcity you can limit the number of early bird tickets available. This scarcity can increase the perceived value and urgency to purchase. Manage the limited availability from the ticket Quantity field.

Offer Promo Codes#

Creating a promo code specifically for early bird tickets can be a great way to incentivize attendees to make their purchases early.

Go to "Promo-Discount" tab available in User Management > Tickets section and create a unique promo code specifically for early bird ticket purchases.

You can choose a code that is easy to remember and related to the early bird promotion (e.g., "EARLYBIRD2023" or "EBDISCOUNT").

This code will be used by attendees during the checkout process to apply the discount.

Ensure that the code is only applicable to early bird ticket purchases and cannot be used for regular-priced tickets or other promotions.

You also need to consider factors such as your event's popularity, the anticipated ticket demand, and the overall timeframe leading up to the event in order to successfully sell tickets through Early Bird access.
