How can I set up a virtual/hybrid event?

Eventify not only supports in-person events, but also hybrid or virtual events. Setting up virtual or hybrid events is streamlined with the in-person events so that you have a seamless experience. Here are the major ways in which you can virtualize your event.

• Login to Eventify Admin Panel and Go to General >> Venue. If it's a hybrid event you can mention the venue name along with the information that it's virtually available too. In case of only virtual, you can mention virtual here.

• Go to Contents >> Schedules. You will be able to mention the session's video urls under Additional Settings >> Session Youtube Live URL / Zoom ID.

You can also upload other relevant videos under Other Video Links section. Hence, attendees both virtual and onsite can access the sessions in case of hybrid event and it also accomodates virtual only events.

Apart from the above, you can curate the event's content as required which will serve any kind of event.
