Payment Options in Eventify: Where to Customize and Control

With ticketing, online payment becomes a mandatory option. Eventify offers two options for Payment Gateway, Stripe (universal) and Payfast (exclusively for ZAR currency).

In order to configure the payment options, Go to User Management > Ticket > Payment Gateway. This is where you can customize and control the payment methods available to your attendees.

Stripe#

To add Stripe - Click on Connect with Stripe which will redirect you to the Stripe's partner page for authentication. Authenticate and configure your stripe account with eventify.

Note: Stripe's standard processing fee is a percentage of the transaction amount plus a fixed fee per transaction. For example, in the United States, the standard processing fee is 2.9% + $0.30 per transaction. The exact fee percentage and fixed fee can vary depending on the currency in which the transaction is taking place. Please check Stripe fees for your country. There are exciting discount plans for events with a threshold number of tickets sold.

Payfast#

To add Payfast,

Step 1, provide the correct merchant id and merchant key for Payfast and

Step 2, provide your card info from which Eventify can charge you.

Offline#

In case you want to sell tickets offline, add the Credit card info.

Note: You can connect only one Gateway at a time.
