Where can I find my billing details?

In Eventify, accessing your billing details is straightforward and allows you to stay updated on your account's information. The Billing Details section provides a comprehensive overview of your account's activities and invoices. Here's where you can find your account's billing details:

Go to Account > My Account > Billing Details.

Firstly you will find the overview of the following:

• Account: Here you can see the Name, Email, Company, Vat Number and the Plan Type.

• User credits: Here you can see the User Credits count, Used Credits count and Remaining Credits count.

• Plan validity: This section will provide the information for Plan Validity From date and Plan Validity Till date for the account.

Next you can see that there is a table of Billing & payment history

This table consists of the information about the Type - Invoice or Quote, the Issue Date, the User Limit provided, the Status- Paid or N/A and the option to View and Downlaod the Quote / Invoice.

Note: Each invoice / quote also mentiones the payment status, thus keeping track of the Billing is easy and handy.
