Allocate tickets manually to special guests

If your events have special guests who don't require to purchase tickets traditionally through the ticketing system, you can use the Eventify's ticketing system for allocating the tickets manually to each special guest.

Here is how you can do it:

  • Log in to Eventify Admin Panel and Go to User Management > Ticket > Sales Report

  • Click on Ticket Order

  • This will open the popup of the Order Ticket panel. Here you can select the ticket that you want to assign for the guest along with the quantity. Then click on Continue.

  • Provide the Buyer Info and accept the mandatory terms and conditions.

  • You will get two options Cash or Without Pay if you have selected any paid tickets; or you will get option to Place Order for free tickets.

  • The ticket is automatically assigned to the buyer email but in case of sponsor or exhibitor tickets you will have to assign the associated attendees.
